Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every booking made with Dancing Mascots SA. Please review them before confirming your celebration.

Cancellation & Refunds: A 40% cancellation fee applies to all confirmed bookings. You'll be fully refunded, and you may reschedule your event to the next available date.

Date & time availability: All mascot bookings are subject to date and time availability, and must include a confirmed event date and start time. Once a mascot is booked, it's reserved for that specific date and time only — it becomes available for booking again afterward.

Punctuality: Please be on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged an additional R300.
